CHANDLER- Bill Chandler, age 69 of Monroe, Georgia passed away on Saturday, October 4, 2025. A Graveside Service will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, October 10, 2025 at Center Hill Baptist Church Cemetery, 2940 Gratis Road, Monroe, GA 30656 with Pastor Steve Moon officiating. Bill got his start with Ford as Parts Manager at McGarity Ford and worked for several other Ford Dealerships in the area. He was a member of Center Hill Baptist Church in Gratis. Bill is preceded in death by his parents, Hiram William, and Hilda (Malcom) Chandler; Herman and Catherine Chandler; Kay Brooks; mother-in-law, Ruby Guthrie. He is survived by his loving wife, Susan Guthrie Chandler of Monroe, GA; children, Brent and Carli Chandler of Good Hope, Scott and Krista Chandler of Good Hope, Gentry and Jamie Tolbert of Monroe, Justin and Tiffanie Broach of Gratis; grandchildren, Harper Chandler, Grayson Chandler, Sadie Chandler, Tucker Chandler, Lynnleigh Chandler, Mason Tolbert, Micah Tolbert, Bailey Broach, Maddox Tolbert, Morgan Tolbert; sister and brother-in-law, Sue and Wayne Hale of Good Hope; other family members, Steve and Debbie Chandler. The family will receive friends on Thursday, October 9, 2025, from 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM at the funeral home then from 10:30 AM – 11:00 AM at the cemetery in Gratis before the service on Friday.
