Billy enjoyed playing baseball. His family will deeply miss him, as he may have gone too soon from this world, but will never be forgotten.
Billy is survived by his parents; children: William Harold Rose Jr. (Colleen), Dustin Rose, Scott Rose, Nicholas (Casey) Rose, and Charles Harold Rose; grandchildren: Leila, Evelyn, Bodie, Bellany, and one on the way. He is preceded in death by his brother Arnold Rose Jr, and girlfriend, Jennifer Fuller.
No services will be held. The family has entrusted arrangements to Mills Funeral Home,
Peters & Murray Chapel, Grand Ledge.

To the Strouse and Rose families, I extend my sincerest condolences in the loss of Billy. I am sorry to hear this. I will be praying comfort for your families during this difficult time. May God give you comfort.
