Billy Vance Obituary

He was born in Lebanon, Va., on April 4, 1953, the son of the late Ira and Beulah Dotson Vance.
He worked in the mines for Jewel Smokeless for 17 years as an electrician.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Jerry W. Vance.
Survivors include his loving wife of 53 years and seven months, Brenda Gail Baldwin Vance; brothers, Bob Vance and wife Phyllis, Dean Vance and wife Connie, and Willis Vance and wife Anita; sisters, Judy Ray, Jeannie Compton and husband Johnny; several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday, October 31, 2025, at Greenhills Memory Gardens Mausoleum, in Cedar Bluff, Va., with Dean Vance officiating.
Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
