Billy J. Wayne, was born on September 10, 1947, in Lacey, Arkansas to Mary Moore and Willie L. Wayne. Our lord called our beloved Billy J. Wayne home on March 16, 2023.
Billy loved horseback riding, fishing, boating and devoted many hours to perfecting his craft and growing his appraisal company, APAC 1, Inc., which launched in 1989.
Billy's greatest love was his son, Billy Wayne II, they held onto each other through the good and bad times.
Billy was preceded in death by, stepfather; Lionel Moore, sisters; Marilyn Diane Williams, Joann Ward.
He leaves to cherish his memory, son; Bill Wayne II, mother; Mary Moore, life long friend; Brenda Barnes, nephews; Michael Ward, Bradford Ward, nieces; Lisa Williams, Tamra Williams, son's mom, Cherie Fackelman, and a host of loving family and friends.
