Blair White

Blair D. White, 68, of Seaford, Delaware passed away peacefully, surrounded by his loving family, on July 31, 2025. Blair was born on November 28, 1957, to the late Ross Reed and Betty L. Snead. In his younger years, he attended school in the Indian River School District. For over 40 years, Blair dedicated his career to the food industry, where his hard work, sharp wit, and spirited personality left a lasting impression on all who knew him. Blair was never afraid to speak his mind-if you were wrong, you were wrong, and if you were right, well, you were still wrong… because Blair said so. Small in stature but mighty in spirit, Blair was feisty, outspoken, and never backed down from anyone. He was preceded in death by his loving parents, his brother Eric Snead, his grandparents Brooks and Hattie White, and his beloved aunt, Louise Snead. Blair is survived by his children: Kenyatta Preston of Delaware, Malik White of Boston, and his one and only daughter, Makayla White McCoy of Boston, along with her four children. He also leaves behind his cherished grandchildren: Donita Ingram, Xavier Waters, Keyana Preston, and KeAsia Robertson, all of Delaware; as well as two great-grandchildren. He is also survived by his sisters, Debra White and Thalia Snead of Boston, MA; his brothers, Ross and Eron Snead of Boston, MA; and Nate of Delaware. Blair shared many cherished memories with Ms. Patty Wallop of Delaware. And a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends, all of whom will forever remember his humor, his boldness, and his love.
