Graveside services for Mr. Bobby Dale Paul will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, September 26, 2025, at St. John the Baptist Catholic Cemetery, Deville, with Father Albi Mulloth officiating, under the direction of Rush Funeral Home, Pineville.

Mr. Paul, 72, of Deville, entered eternal rest on Saturday, September 20, 2025, in his residence surrounded by his loving family.

Bobby loved family gatherings, especially a good pig roast or time spent at the camp. His greatest joy was hosting his loved ones, making everyone feel welcome and cherished. He had a special fondness for holidays, which brought out the childlike joy in him. Christmas was his favorite; he was always eager to open presents. He had a heart as pure as gold and brought happiness to everyone around him. He had a memory nobody could match; he could remember everything. Bobby was always ready to lend a hand and was happy to supervise every task. He was a steady, joyful presence and loved being the center of it all. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Curtis Paul, Sr. and Bernice Paul; two brothers, C.J. Paul and Brian Paul; and three sisters, Ida Marie Price, Patsy Lee Craig, and Sharon Gayle Paul.

Those left to mourn his loss and cherish his memory include one sister, Paula Foss of Pineville; and a host of nieces and nephews.

Honored to serve as pallbearers are: John Foss, Hethe Paul, Benjamin Paul, Devon VanGossen, Shane Craig, and Blaine Little. Honorary pallbearers will be Andrew "Jr." Lawrence, Jamie Terracina, and Easton Paul.

Specials thanks to Bobby's nephews, Ben Paul, Jamie Terracina, and Easton Paul for their excellent care, as well as the staff of St. Joseph Hospice. Because of their care, he was able to spend his remaining life at home.
