Bobby Wayne Scroggs, age 57, passed away on Monday, October 28, 2024 at the University Medical Center of New Orleans surrounded by family and friends.
Bobby was an avid outdoorsman and loved Nascar racing. He was an 18 wheeler truck driver for many years and always had great work ethics. He enjoyed spending time with family and friends. Bobby was a great friend to all with a kind soul.
Those left to cherish his memory are his mother, Connie Bernard Scroggs of Hessmer; sister, Linda Gagnard (Jerry) of Carencro; and brother, Ronnie Self (Theresa) of Ethel; Aunts, Diane (Glen) Desselle and Judy Gagnard of Marksville. He is also survived by a host of nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, Wilford Marvin Scroggs; sisters, Jamie Scroggs and Debra Carmouche; paternal grandparents, Ellington “Son” and Delia Whiddon Scroggs; and maternal grandparents, Ellis and Nell Bernard; Aunt, Pasty Trevillion; nephew, Johnathon Carmouche.
Kilpatrick’s Rose-Neath Funeral Home of Marksville have been entrusted with funeral arrangements.
