Bonnie D. Summers, 80, of Glasgow passed away Saturday June 24, 2023 at her home. She was born March 25, 1943 in Glasgow the daughter of Raymond and Thelma Goacher Northrop. She married Hardin "Bud" Summers September 10, 1962. Bonnie worked as a bus driver for Winchester Schools for 38 years. She loved her family and enjoyed fishing with grandchildren and great grandchildren. Surviving is her son Randy Summers of Winchester, granddaughters Haley Nicole Summers and Ashley Taylor bother of Beardstown. Eight great grandchildren, Cheyenne, Aleigha, Aubree and Memphis Summers, Nina Jarrett, Sophia Coats, Majia Watkins and Ella Spears.
She was preceded in death by her husband Bud, daughter Sonya Summers, grandson Drew Summers and her brothers Danny and Bob Northrop.
A visitation and memorial service will be scheduled at a later date at the Coonrod Funeral Home in Winchester.

Bonnie was a good friend and so very dedicated to the safety of the riders on her school bus..She had a great smile and enjoyed people......

She was our bus driver when we were kids she was great and cared about kids on the bus and very sweet lady haven just got a great angel rest in peace Bonnie
