Boyd Weldon Campbell

Boyd Weldon Campbell, a resident of Harahan, LA, died on Thursday, February 26, 2026. He was retired, after working as a purchasing agent with Shell Oil for over 23 years. There will be a visitation on Tuesday, March 3, 2026 at Charlet Funeral Home, Inc. in Zachary, LA from 10:00 am until funeral services at 11:00 am, conducted by Rev. John Loftus. Burial will be at Buetoville Cemetery. He is survived by two daughters: Cynthia Gaubert of Harahan; Beverly Dufrene and husband Lennie of Ama, LA; two grandsons, Brad Gaubert and wife Heather; Brian Gaubert and wife Christi; and six great-grandchildren: Lainey, Hunter, Collin, Londyn, Anna, and Gracie. He was preceded in death by his wife of 58 years, Dorothy G. "Dottie" Campbell; parents H.L. "Jack" and Hazel Campbell; three brothers; and son-in-law Ronald Gaubert. He loved his airplanes and spent many hours in the skies above Louisiana. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in his memory to your favorite charity.
