Brady Adam Stock

Brady Adam Stock, 69, of Midland, passed away Friday, September 5, 2025. He was born January 28, 1956 in Saginaw, son of the late Orville and Dorothy (Eierman) Stock. Brady attended Saginaw schools until he moved with his family to Freeland and graduated from Freeland High School. While in school, he worked for Bintz's Apple Mountain where he learned how to ski. Brady then went on to work for Little Caesar's Pizza before beginning his true career as a machinist. He worked for Merrill Tool and Machine and most recently was employed as a mechanical engineer by Solutions 4 Automation. Brady always kept himself busy either at work or helping family and friends. He was Mr. Fix It, always with a tool in his hand. Brady enjoyed woodworking and spending time at the Tri City Drag Way where he was the on-hand mechanic for friends. He was a member of the Midland County Sportsman's Club for many years and also enjoyed various sports such as bowling on a league with his family and golfing with friends and family. Brady was an avid Detroit Lions Football fan and ran a football board for many years. Even if he wasn't playing, Brady was the most supportive spectator.
Brady is survived by his wife, Cindy (Scherzer) Stock; sons, Jason Stock and Ryan Stock; grandchildren, Megan, Riley, and Riker; brothers, Dan (Jeanne) Stock and Ron Stock; sister, Janet (Tom) Pierce; and many nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, John Stock and Orville B. "O.B." Stock; and his nephew, Jeremy Stock.
Funeral services for Brady will take place at 12 noon, Friday, September 12, 2025 at Ware Smith Woolever Funeral Home, 1200 West Wheeler Street. Vicar Tim Jordan with officiate with burial to follow in Pine Grove Cemetery in Freeland. His family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday from 10 a.m. until the time of service. Those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
