Brenda Jane (Burmeister) Schott, 69, went to be with her Lord on Sunday July 9th, surrounded by her two daughters.
She was born on July 22, 1953 to Robert and Norma (Creason) Burmeister.
She was proud to have lived her life in Markleville and Pendleton until the last year when she moved to Noblesville to be closer to her youngest daughter's family.
She was a 1971 graduate of Pendleton Heights High School, and attended Anderson University, where she was a cheerleader.
She is survived by her two daughters, Melissa (Burke) Baum, husband, Dr. Doug Baum of Orange County CA, Julie (Burke) McCord, husband, Brad of Noblesville.
Brother Brian Burmeister (Sheryl), Aunt Faith Burmeister, step daughters Cathy Schott Welch (James), Misty McCord (Cliff) Stepsons Chris Schott, Ben Schott (Carrie).
Grandchildren Payton Lauren Baum, Brennan Allen McCord, Gatlin Schott, Kessler Welch, Hyder Merriman Baldwin (Gary), Trey Merriman, Samantha Schott, Riley Schott, Carter Schott.
She is also survived by many special cousins, and friends.
She was preceded in death by husband, Charles Schott, her parents, and brother, Bobby Burmeister.
We will forever miss our Mom/Mimi.
Services will be held at 1 p.m., Friday, July 14, 2023 at Wilson St. Pierre Funeral Service and Crematory, Lahm Chapel, 211 E. State St., Pendleton with Pastor John Hackney officiating. Burial will follow in Anderson Memorial Park Cemetery.
Visitation from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., Friday, July 14, 2023 at Lahm Chapel, Pendleton.
Memorial contributions may be made to Markleville North Christian Church, 32 State St., Markleville, IN 46056.
