Brennon Anthony Derrick, 65, of New Brunswick, NJ died February 4, 2025.
Brennan Anthony Derrick was the fifth child of the Derrick Family. He was born to the late Matilda Derrick on February 8, 1959, in New Brunswick, NJ. Predeceased by a sister Shirley (David) Hatcher; two nieces, Mary Ridley and Bella Reyes and a nephew, Ian A. Williams. He passed away on February 4, 2025, at Robert Wood Johnson Barnabas, New Brunswick.
Brennon was a 1977 graduate of Franklin High School and a veteran of the US Airforce. He was a former mechanic at AAMCO Transmission and Total Care, East Brunswick.
Brennan leaves to cherish his memory are his father, Samuel Smith (Joan); uncle, W. Zebudee; his siblings, Alberta (Curtis) Austin, Diane Derrick, Kim Derrick and Michael, whom he was very close to; sisters, Natalie, Jill Smith and Lori Smith; the love of his life, Linnette Taylor, stepchildren, Tiffany Shanta Taylor, Barshawn Taylor, Lanaya Taylor-Toomer and Tiffany Hill; grandchildren, Tymier, Treshawn, Kalif, Zaydan, Siyah, Honest, Darren and Bret, and a host of nieces and nephews. We thank the Taylor family for loving our brother and may God bless you all.
Thank you to his childhood friends for your support, love and maintaining a beautiful friendship with Brennan.
Brennan, with loving arms, you will not be forgotten, and you're forever in our hearts. Rest in Peace.
