Brian Gregory Collins, age 63, of Stratford, CT, entered eternal rest on Saturday, April 26th, 2025, surrounded by the love and presence of his devoted nieces.
Born on January 20th, 1962, in Stamford, CT, Brian was the cherished son of the late Holsey Collins and Esther P. Collins. He was also preceded in death by his beloved sister, Sheila L. Collins. Together now in peace, they remain a part of the unbroken circle of love that binds our family.
Brian, affectionately known as "BC," was a vibrant soul whose warmth and humor left an unforgettable mark on everyone he met. His magnetic personality, quick wit, and unmatched sarcasm could fill any room with laughter. Whether he was telling a story, cracking a joke, or simply flashing his signature smile, Brian brought joy to those around him.
A natural athlete, Brian excelled in basketball, baseball, football, and track during his youth. In his career, Brian worked as an investigator for Aetna. Outside of work, Brian found joy in the simple pleasures of life-playing golf, casting a fishing line, and enjoying great music, from Mary J. Blige to Hootie & the Blowfish. He especially loved spending time with his close-knit circle of friends at Mr. P's, where laughter and good memories were always in abundance.
Brian's greatest joy, however, was his family. He leaves behind a legacy of love in his brother, Kenneth R. Collins; his treasured nieces, Sheila (Cece), Angelita (Lita), and Sasha Collins; his beloved great-nieces, Nadia, Zariya, Aleisia, and Kalayah; and his great-nephew and birthday twin, Joseph (Cameron). He is also lovingly remembered by countless cousins, extended family members, and dear friends.
Brian's presence was a gift-a reminder to live with authenticity, humor, and heart. Though he may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the stories we share, the laughter we remember, and the love we carry forward. He now rests in the eternal embrace of peace, reunited with those he missed so dearly, and forever etched in the hearts of those who were blessed to know him.

BC a great dude - authentic and funny. You are the only one I know who always had something good to say about my dad [your White Sox coach]. God must be very proud of you and happy you are home, but we will all miss you. Love and God bless my friend, Cialuzz (Pickering)
