Brian Aaron Hamberg Age 39, of Albuquerque, passed away on Saturday, November 30, 2024, in Albuquerque. Brian was born on October 20, 1985, in Los Alamos, New Mexico, to Carl and Judy (Lachowitzer) Hamberg.
In 2004, he graduated from La Cueva High School, where he was actively involved in the baseball and football programs. He later attended New Mexico State University, where he created lasting memories and enjoyed many good times.
Brian built a successful career in the automobile industry, excelling as a Sales Manager, Finance Manager, and ultimately owning his own dealership in Albuquerque. His hobbies and accomplishments included art—particularly drawing—fast cars, outdoor hikes, camping trips, and fishing. Brian approached life with a passion for success and adventure. His Christian faith guided him as he sought understanding, peace, and strength through God's word. He held a deep love and commitment to his family and friends.
Brian is survived by his two children: Brelynn Hamberg, and her mother Kassidy Lask; Logan Hamberg, and former wife Cristi Hamberg, of Albuquerque, New Mexico; his father, Carl, of Albuquerque, New Mexico; his mother, Judy Lachowitzer, of Arlington, Texas; his brother, Jeremy and wife Krystle, of Indian Trail, North Carolina; his nephews, Jeremiah, Landon and Christian; Grandfather, Gary Hamberg, of La Luz, New Mexico; as well as numerous aunts, uncles and cousins, and his great-aunt, Karen Lafferty, of Santa Fe, New Mexico.
He was preceded in death by his Grandmother, Satie Hamberg.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, Dec 8, at 3:00 PM at:
