Brian Temperine Obituary

Brian Temperine, age 60, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, August 19, 2025, at Albany Medical Center Hospital with his family by his side. He was born on December 3, 1964, in Wilkes-Barre, PA, the son of the late Donald M. and Elizabeth (Flaherty) Temperine. A graduate of Hanover Area High School and Kings College with a degree in Criminal Justice. Brian's life was one of service, dedicating 38 years to a fulfilling career with the U.S. Department of Transportation, retiring as a Division Administrator. He was a devoted sports fan, proudly cheering for the Eagles and Phillies, and - thanks to his wife - embracing Penn State along the way. In his free time, Brian loved to play golf and share his passion for sports with family and friends.
He was the beloved husband of 32 years to Carolyn K. (Barnes) Temperine; loving father of Lukas Temperine and Nicholas Temperine; dear brother of Donna (Stephen) Glowacki, Mary Kay Alba and the late Donald Temperine and Patricia Temperine. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and grand nieces and grand nephews.
All are welcome to attend a visitation on Sunday, August 24, 2025, from 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM at Townley & Wheeler Funeral Home, 21 Midline Road, Ballston Lake, NY.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, August 25, 2025, at 11:00 am at St. Edward the Confessor Church, 569 Clifton Park Center Road, Clifton Park, NY 12065.
Memorial contributions may be made to Dana-Farber and The Jimmy Fund.
