Bridgette Pross Obituary
Bridgette graduated from Lancaster High School in 2012 where she enjoyed playing volleyball and softball. She attended Madison College, the Chicago Art Institute, and the University of Wisconsin-Platteville. One of the many jobs she enjoyed was working for Lands' End as a fit specialist, which allowed her to visit many places in the United States.
Bridgette treasured long drives in the countryside and trips to D'lish and Grab A Cone. Bridgette loved her family and her dog Princess. Attending a Chainsmokers concert with her brother David was at the top of her favorites list.
Bridgette met many friends along her journey whom she'll miss dearly but knows they will meet again.
Bridgette was preceded in death by Helen Schumacher, Robert Pross, Beverly and Joe Wackershauser, Patricia and Sarge Waukau, Brian Crubaugh, and Jack Pross.
In addition to her parents and her brother, Bridgette is survived by Richard Schumacher, Tom (JoEllen) Schumacher, Sue (Stan) Werner, John (Dulce) Schumacher, Jim (Sue) Schumacher, Theresa Fritsch, Joe Schumacher, Julie Crubaugh, Jennifer Pross, and Gale Pross, and numerous cherished relatives.
Although her disease process was a brutal one, Bridgette is grateful for those who stood by her along the way.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, May 3, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at St. Clement Catholic Church in Lancaster with Father Mark Miller officiating. Family and friends may visit on Saturday from 9:30 a.m. until the time of services at the church. Martin Schwartz Funeral Homes & Crematory in Lancaster is assisting the family.
