It's hard to believe that my old friend has been gone for a year already. I miss having coffee with Carl every morning as much today as I did a year ago. My fond memories of him will be cherished forever.

I am sending condolences and prayers to his sister Frani and the family. Carl was a classmate and friend during our school days at West Pittston High School. I last saw him at one of our class reunions several years ago. He was always active in sports and had an outgoing personality and a great smile. I am sorry he has passed away. Our 1963 high school class grows smaller and smaller with each passing year. I feel our class was very close and the passing of one member is like losing a family member. We have so many wonderful memories from the very good times we had at West Pittston and Carl was a part of that.

I was shocked and heartbroken when I heard of Carl's sudden passing. Carl and I had coffee together at Panera Bread every morning, trying to solve all of the world's problems by 9:30. We never did solve any, but we sure identified a lot of them! I miss him so much, but I have so many wonderful memories that will remain in my heart and mind forever. My Carl rest in peace in Heaven.
