Carl Mitchell Mason Jr.

Carl Mitchel Mason, Jr., 67, passed away on October 6th, 2025, after a short illness at Baptist Health Lexington. He was born on November 3rd, 1957, in Berea, KY, to Carl Mitchel Mason, Sr., and Joan Livesay Brewer (both deceased), and lived in Lexington his whole life. He was a retired auto parts technician with Autozone. Carl enjoyed fishing, shooting, watching TV, and spending time outdoors in the country. He is survived by his daughter, Lydia Mason of Lexington; and his sister, Susan Mason Cornn (James) also of Lexington. A 1pm graveside service will take place on Tuesday, October 14th, 2025, at Hillcrest Memorial Park, Lexington, KY. Visitation will be prior to the graveside from 10:30am-12:30PM Tuesday, October 14th, 2025, at Kerr Brothers Funeral Home – Harrodsburg Road.
