Carlene "Dolly" Bair, 77, of Stevens, passed away on Monday, August 11, 2025, at Neffsville Nursing and Rehabilitation.
She was born in Manheim, the daughter of Donald and Eleanor (Heagy) Kreiser and was the wife of the late Leon E. Bair, Jr. who passed away in 2018.
She was a member of Grace Point Church of the Nazarene. She enjoyed cooking and baking, and she had a great love for her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
Carlene worked throughout her life in childcare.
Carlene is survived by 3 children, Carol Ann, wife of Douglas Moser, Ronald A. Bair, husband of Shilo, and Donna M., wife of R. Darron Farmer; 7 grandchildren, Spencer Moser (Kayla), Randall Moser, Bethany Moser (Malik), Tyler Rissler (Ashley), Zachary Rissler (Erin), Anna Farmer (Dustin Hill), and Thomas Mengel (Justin); 6 great-grandchildren, Tyrell, Ny'iah, Jax, Jabari, Bennett, and Timothy; and 2 brothers, Eugene Kreiser, husband of Joanne, and Bruce Kreiser, husband of Mary.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by sister, Gloria J. Spoo and brother, Douglas A. Kreiser.
A viewing will be held on Sunday, August 17th, from 6 to 8 PM and Monday, August 18th, from 10 to 11 AM at the Roseboro Stradling Funeral Home, 533 Walnut Street, Denver. Funeral services will follow at 11 AM, with Pastor Karen Troxler officiating. Interment will take place in the Fairview Cemetery Annex.
Memorial contributions in Carlene's memory may be made to Grace Point Church of the Nazarene, 110 Durlach Rd., Ephrata, PA 17522.
