I knew Carly when we were both children, we went to church with her for a while and she and her mom Tena attended some of my family's holiday celebrations. She was in contact with my mom throughout and after Tena's battle with cancer, and while I've heard about her, I wish I had been able to personally get to know the amazing woman Carly grew up to be. Carly, I am so, so sorry that you had your future so cruelly robbed from you. I hope that you're at peace now, and I hope justice will be served. If there's a heaven, please tell my Papa hi; I know he welcomed you right in.
