Carol Ann LeClerck Nord, age 86, of Cottonwood, AZ, passed away on October 3, 2025.

Carol was born on February 7, 1939, to Andre J. LeClerck and Josephine Czerow LeClerck in Oswego, New York. After graduating from Oswego High School in 1957, Carol began a career with New York Telephone as a cord board operator. She subsequently moved to New Hampshire and worked for Verizon Communications as a Centralized Repair Associate. Carol retired from Verizon after 42 years of service. After retirement she moved to Cottonwood, Arizona, married and spent her time traveling.

Carol was predeceased by her parents and her Sister Shirley LeClerck Reno. Carol is survived by her Son John J. Wylie (Pam Wylie) of Bradford, NH, spouse Robert P. Nord of Cottonwood, AZ, Sister Gail P. LeClerck of Oswego, NY and Sister Gloria LeClerck Harrington of Cornville, AZ. as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Carol will be remembered for her laughter, enjoyment of her numerous friends, participating in many activities at the Cottonwood Ranch Clubhouse, decorating for the holidays, and playing penny machines at the local casino. Her wit and humor will be missed by all.

A Catholic Funeral Mass will be held at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Cottonwood, AZ on Thursday, October 16th at 11 AM. Interment will be in November at St. Peter’s Cemetery in Oswego, New York, following a funeral Mass at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church in Minetto, New York.
