Carol Greiner Obituary

Visit the Central Pennsylvania Cremation Society, Inc. website to view the full obituary.
Carol Ann Greiner passed away peacefully at Lancaster General Hospital on September 2nd at the age of 86 after a short illness.

Carol's life may seem too short to many, but those of us who were blessed enough to be touched by her spirit will understand that her existence and the imprint she left on our hearts will exceed the quantity of time that she stayed here.

A lifelong resident of Manheim, PA and a graduate of Manheim Central High School, Carol was skillful and dedicated in many aspects of her life. When Carol wasn't working hard for this community, she could be found spending time with the family she loved dearly. Not a day went by where Carol didn't talk about how much her children and grandchildren meant to her, using all her free time to enjoy activities with them and spending countless hours picking out the perfect gift for everyone for each holiday. She was enjoyed knitting and crocheting and often shared her handiwork as gifts for family and friends.

Carol is survived by her two daughters, Cathy Hower, of Lititz, PA; and Janice Warren (Steve Warren) of Kennewick, WA; eight grandchildren, several great-grandchildren, and countless friends. Carol was predeceased by her parents, Pearl and Harold C. Hilton Sr., her brother, Harold C. Hilton Jr., her sister, Hazel Hilton, and her son, Steven Greiner.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend a celebration of Carol's life on Sunday,

October 12th from 2-4pm at the Manheim Train Station.
