Carol R. Siemon, age 88, of Denver, Colorado, went to heaven on December 8, 2023. She was born on November 26, 1935, in St. Louis, Missouri, to the late Ralph and Ruth Siemon. Carol was preceded in death by her husband David Crockett.
Carol was a loving and caring person who only felt fulfilled when she was helping others or “being useful”. Her life was inspired by Mother Teresa and her dedication to friends and relatives was an inspiration to many. She provided support in numerous ways for her children, Christine (and her husband Danny), and Mark (and his wife Christy).
Carol’s education included receiving her PhD from Southern Illinois University and she used that along with her caring personality to work for over thirty-two years as a Mental Health Counselor. After she retired Carol served for eighteen years as a consulting psychologist for three diocesan tribunals. Her faith was a very important aspect of her life, and she found solace and community at St. Dominic Catholic Church and with her “family” at The Gardens of St. Elizabeth, both located in Denver, Colorado.
A funeral service to celebrate Carol’s life will be held on December 29, 2023, 1:00pm at Christ the King chapel located within The Gardens of St. Elizabeth at 2835 W 32nd Ave, Denver, Colorado, 80211.
