Carol Thrailkill Obituary
Carol Anne Thrailkill, age 69, passed away on February 20, 2026. Known for her unmatched warmth and generosity, she leaves behind a legacy of kindness and will be deeply missed by all that knew her. Born in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, in 1956 to Donald Wiggins Herr and Hilda Grubb Herr (both deceased).
She is survived by her loving husband of 40 years, Johnnie Thrailkill, Jr.; her son Timothy Thrailkill; daughter Andrea Thrailkill; and grandchildren Tucker, Kobe, and Magnolia Thrailkill. She is also survived by two brothers, Don and Bill Herr; two sisters, Jennie Herr-Armstrong and Deborah Sorrow; numerous nieces and nephews; and too many friends to list.
A Celebration of Life to honor Carol will be announced at a future time. Cremation is under the thoughtful care of River Glenn Cremation and Funeral Services.
"Grieve not for me, remember the best time, the laughter, the song, the good life I loved when I was strong."
