GRAVESIDE SERVICE TIME IS NOW SET.
Graveside services for Carol Ann Whiteside, 83, of Grandview, Texas will be conducted at 2:00 P.M., Saturday, March 2, 2024 at Rosehill Cemetery with the Reverend Charles Payne officiating. Mrs. Whiteside will lie in state on Friday, March 1, 2024 from 10:00 A.M. - 4:00 P.M. at Rosser Funeral Home.
Carol Whiteside passed away on Monday, February 19, 2024, in Cleburne, Texas. She was born in Garner, Texas on December 22, 1940, the daughter of Margie (Kidwell) and James Benjamin Babb.
Carol was the Valedictorian of her high school class. She worked for the Texas Highway Department for 27 years and for Rangaire for 15 years. Despite being a working mom, Carol was Cub Scout Den Mother. If you knew Carol you knew that she loved her family and she loved her Dr. Pepper!
She was preceded in death by her parents; and husband, Robert Whiteside in 2005.
Carol is survived by her four boys, Robert Whiteside and wife, Celeste, Michael Whiteside, Richard Whiteside, and Larry Whiteside; grandchildren, Angie, Jason, Cassie, Krystal, and Levi; three great grandchildren; brother, Douglas Babb and wife, Wilma; niece, Debbie Babb; and many other family members and friends.
