Catherine Nash, a mother, grandmother, and believer in God, passed away peacefully on April 7, 2025, in Frisco, Texas, at the age of 85. Born in Minneapolis, Minnesota, on July 15, 1939, Catherine was the widow of David Nash, her husband, who died in 1996, and the proud mother of her son, Mike Bruck, by her 1st marriage with James Bruck. Mike is married to wife Anita Bruck. She adored her four grandchildren—Annie Bruck, Ella Bruck, Adam Bruck, and Hannah Bruck—finding endless joy in their lives and milestones. For over 20 years, Catherine dedicated herself to her work at Walmart, where her strong work ethic and friendly spirit touched countless colleagues and customers. Her voice often lifted in song, as singing was one of her greatest passions, whether in worship, chorus competition or simply to brighten a room. Catherine also cherished spending time with friends, delighting in lively games and shared laughter. Her death leaves those who knew her saddened but her faith brought her into heaven. We rest in that knowledge. Memorial service will be June 7th at 4 pm at Grand Reserve Apartments.
