In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Roger Blevins. She is survived by her three sons, David (Tracy) Blevins, Robert (Vanessa) Blevins and Roger (Jen) Blevins Jr.; one daughter, Cherie (Bryce) Blair; 12 grandchildren, Audrey, Grace, Mikala, Kara, Paige, Nathan, Brenden, Bryce, Eryn, Sarah, Allison and Walker; brother, Terry (Marylou) Lunsford; numerous, nieces, nephews and cousins. In honoring her wishes, she will be cremated.
Dwayne R. Spence Funeral Home, 55 Hill Road N., Pickerington, is assisting the family with arrangements.
