Cecilia "Cece" E. Lazore, age 68 of Hannibal, NY passed away on Friday, August 15, 2025. She was predeceased by her parents, John Lazore and Rosella Peters.
Cece is survived by her loving children, Pearl (Will) Madison, Nicole (Charlie) Taylor, and Carl (Amy) Taylor, Jr; grandchildren, Jonathan (Alexis), Taylor (Matt), Landon, Tehya, and Brayden; great-grandson, Kegan; sister, Pamela (Cliff) Stienburg; brother, Louis Jacobs; nephews, Aaron (Bethany), Eric, Andrew (Felicia), and Alex (Cheyanne); several friends and other extended relatives.
She loved her family, especially her grandchildren. She loved attending the grandchildren's many sporting events. She was a dedicated daughter, sister, mother, and grandmother. Cece’s exceptional caring nature, loving demeanor, amusing personality, and supportive attitude made her an extraordinary individual, admired by all. Cece enjoyed Bingo, shopping, camping and she enjoyed vacationing with her daughter in Myrtle Beach. She will be sorely missed by all who loved and knew her.
