Chandra Ranallo Anderson, age 49, passed away at her home on May 25, 2025.

Chandra was born on March 14, 1976, in Millersburg, Ohio, to Anthony and Judy Ranallo. Chandra was a kind, thoughtful, generous person who loved to help people in need. She loved the people in her life, and her dogs and cats (Mary, Pogo, Homer, Crash, and Bean) held a very special place in her heart. Chandra was a star at musical and movie trivia; we could ask her the vaguest questions and she could always provide the answer. The richness of her character is impossible to describe. Chandra will always be a huge presence in our lives.

Chandra is survived by her husband of 22 years, Elmer Anderson, her parents Anthony and Judy Ranallo of Bellingham, WA, sister Carina Walker and her husband Clayton of Wenatchee, WA, half-sister Mara Kaylor of Akron, OH, aunt Rebecca Harbst of Lynden, WA, Mark Burnett of Lynden, WA , uncle Dennis Wilson and his wife Pamela, uncle David Wilson and his wife, Dori; plus numerous cousins, nephews and nieces.

In lieu of flowers, please make memorial donations to the Whatcom Humane Society.

A dessert reception in her honor will be held on Saturday, June 21st from 1:00-3:00 PM at Westford Funeral Home, 1301 Broadway, Bellingham, WA.
