Parkman - Charles "Barry" Craig, 83, passed away on August 14, 2025 at home surrounded by loved ones. Barry was born in East Hampton, Massachusetts to George Craig and Hazel (Pomeroy) Craig on February 8, 1942.

He went to high school at Easthampton High and then served in the Navy stationed in Newfoundland. He made his living "wheeling and dealing" and knew a little bit about a lot of things. He was a farmer, a woodsman, a heavy equipment operator, a contractor, a bee-keeper, a hunter, a trapper and so much more. He loved to garden and loved sharing the bounties even more. He had a love for the ocean and vacationed with his family annually in Ocean Park/ Scarborough, Maine. He enjoyed harnessing racing and even owned a few horses.

Barry is survived by his wife of 44 years, Mary Ann (Woodbury) Craig; his daughters, Kati Mae Craig of Tahoe, California, and Carrie Ann Craig of Charleston, Maine; step-daughter, Jodi Lynne Waterhouse of Sangerville, Maine; grandson, Zachary Curtis Waterhouse and his wife Dani of Holden, Maine; his brother, Brad Craig and Kathy of Williamsburg, Mass; sister, Bonnie Craig of Goode Virginia; and many beloved nieces and nephews. Barry was predeceased by his parents.

Barry spent his last years as a snowbird, splitting his time between Parkman, Maine and Wildwood, Florida. He had lifelong friends in both places who provided much joy, support and enrichment to his life.

The family has decided not to have formal services and wishes to extend their gratitude to Bristol Hospice for their support in his final weeks. Arrangements are in the care of the Lary Funeral Home. Messages of condolence and memories may be expressed at www.laryfuneralhome.com.
