Born on September 24, 1954, in Bath, New York, Chuck lived a life marked by adventure, laughter, and love. A proud veteran of the United States Navy, he served his country faithfully for 22 years. His military career took him across the globe-from Hawaii to Italy and throughout the United States-fostering a lifelong appreciation for travel and new experiences.
Chuck was preceded in death by his parents, Wilford Earl Horton and Barbara Elaine Ellis Horton.
He is lovingly remembered by his wife and caretaker, Paula Horton; his brother, Doug Horton (Jerry); sisters Mary Taft (Barry), Lucinda Haremaker (Casey), Lori Kennedy (Bill), and Lisa Parks (Lee); six grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
His three children, Charles Horton, Jeremy Horton, and Amanda Magliano.
A private memorial service will be held at the convenience of the family.
