Charles "Chuck" Brandon McBride passed into the loving arms of his Savior Wednesday, January 18, 2023, at his home in Richland, Mississippi. He was 77 years old.
Mr. Chuck was born to Silas Emery McBride and Julia Evelyn Brandon on December 31, 1945, in Flint, Michigan. He served in the U S Navy. He worked as an engineer for General Motors. He attended Grandview Baptist Church in Pearl. Chuck enjoyed riding motorcycles. He was a member of Gold Wing Road Riders Association and acting Chapter F Director in Jackson. He enjoyed riding horses and working on his farm. He loved to travel and explore. If he was able, he was always helping others. Chuck was outgoing and charismatic. He always took time to speak and teased the older ladies in the church. He loved his family, especially his great grandbaby.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Silas and Julia McBride, and brother, Victor McBride. He is survived by his wife of 32 years, Doris Jean Davis McBride of Richland, children; Sean Patrick McBride (Kelly) of Indiana, Kristen Clarambeau (Chris) of Michigan, and Chad McBride of Michigan; stepchildren; Brook Silas Thornton (Bridgett) of Michigan, and Sean Patrick Thornton of Michigan; grandchildren; Hunter, Harrison, Chloe, Camille, Carly, Tyler (Cole), Sean and Lucien and great granddaughter; Angela.
