Charles Allen "Chuck" Swafford, 54, of Booneville, Arkansas, passed from this life on Saturday, February 8, 2025, in Booneville, Arkansas. He was born March 8, 1970, in Booneville, Arkansas to Bobby and Bonnie Frost Swafford.
Chuck formerly installed carpet for many years and then worked at Whirlpool for several years and was the former Captain of The Booneville Fire Department. He was a member of the Freewill Baptist Church in Booneville and was a Mason in Blocker #247 in Booneville. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, working on cars, and keeping his yard and rose bushes in pristine condition. He was an avid Razorback fan, but most importantly enjoyed spending time with his family.
He is preceded in death by his father, Bobby Swafford; his maternal grandparents, Vayne and Beatrice Frost; and his paternal grandmother, Hazel Swafford.
Funeral services are scheduled for 10:00 A.M., Wednesday, February 12, 2025, at Grace Church in Booneville, with burial in Oak Hill Cemetery in Booneville, under the direction of Roberts Funeral Home. There will be no graveside service.
Visitation will be from 5 to 7:00 P.M. on Tuesday at Roberts Funeral Home.
He is survived by three sons, Colby Swafford, Zachary Swafford, and Jason Swafford, all of Greenwood; his mother, Bonnie Swafford of Booneville; 1 sister, Elizabeth Willems of Paris, Arkansas; 3 grandchildren, Ryleigh, Colter, and Xavier; several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews; and other relatives and many friends.
