It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Charlotte Ann (Thomas) Lime "Char Char", beloved wife, sister, aunt and, friend, who left us on January 18, 2025 at the age of 75. Char Char's unwavering love for her family was at the heart of everything she did. She may have been more quiet and introverted by nature, but she had an uncanny ability to know all the ins and outs of the family gossip. She didn't need to be the loudest voice in the room-she was always listening, observing, and quietly staying on top of every little detail. Whenever a family member needed advice or just a friendly ear, Char Char was always there, offering her support.
She is survived by her siblings, James Thomas, Jr, Kenneth Thomas, and Betty Rigney as well as a host of nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Carrie and James Thomas, Sr, husband David Lime, sister, Barbara E. Scott.
Char Char will be lovingly remembered for her deep devotion to family, her enjoyment of the slots, and her appreciation for the simple things in life-a good TV show, a hot cup of coffee, and her trusty ole Twinkies and donut sticks, the perfect recipe for a happy day.
Rest in peace, Char Char. You were truly one of a kind.
The funeral will be a private ceremony with only close family members present.
