She confessed Christ at an early age At First Missionary Baptist Church Warrior, Al. under the leadership
of the late Columbus F. Christian.
Chiquita was educated at Gibson and Inglenook Elem, Smith Middle and Huffman High School within the
Birmingham City School System. She furthered her education at Lawson State Community College and
Virginia College with a degree in nursing.
She was preceded in death by her dad Ricky J. Wilson, Sr., Brother's Mario, RicDriquez and Ricky J.
Wilson, Jr.
She leaves to cherish her memories to her two daughters, Shakira and Sydney Smith, Mom, Hellen
Smith-Wilson, sister, Ricketia Rupert, a special dad Jasper l. Marsh, Jr. (Neita), six grandchildren. Ashton,
A'vari, Avion, Armonee, Alton, and Johari Smith. Her nephew Jaylen, three nieces, LaRynn, Kirsten, and
Kelsey. A host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and other relatives.
