Christian William Steele, 21, of Dawsonville passed away following a sudden accident on Sunday, August 27, 2023.
Born July 25, 2002, Christian lived most of his life in Dawsonville and Gainesville. He was a devoted member of Christian Life Ministries in Dawsonville and a 2020 graduate of Chestatee High School. Following high school, he went to work as an electrician alongside his father. Christian was a selfless, hard-working man who greatly enjoyed music and loved his daughter and fiancé very much. He was a good-hearted Christian and follower of Jesus Christ. He had a love for nature and humanity. Christian was a funny, loving, family man who had a great sense of humor and always had a smile. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Roy Steele Sr., Mary and Joseph Reed.
Surviving are his parents, Roy and Christina Steele of Dahlonega; fiancé and soul mate, Kayla Reed of Dawsonville; daughter, Eleyna Renee Steele; siblings, Ryan Steele, Roy Steele III, Caroline Steele; grandparents Sean and Bobbi Jean Smith of Ellijay, great-grandmother, Sharon Gutierrez of Dahlonega; aunts and uncles, Jason Steele, Ricky Steele, Bryan Smith, Gary Smith, Sean Smith, Christopher Smith, Christine McNally; other relatives and many close friends.
The family will hold a memorial service on Saturday September 9, 2023 at 4 p.m. at Bethel United Methodist Church, 100 Lumpkin Campground Road South, Dawsonville, GA 30534.
