Claire Loper Obituary

Born to the late Daniel Biggs and Helen Chambers Biggs, she was the loving wife of the late John W. Loper. Claire was a Bridgeton resident for most of her life.
Before her retirement, she was a server for many years at Denny's in Vineland and Richmond's in Hopewell. She was also a Bridgeton school crossing guard when her children were young. She was an active volunteer and loved being a member of the bell choir at First United Methodist church in Bridgeton.
She is survived by; three sons, John Loper (Kathy), Brian Loper and Tim Loper (Amy), eight grandchildren and one great-grandchild; brothers, Daniel J. Biggs and Joseph Biggs. She was preceded in death by; husband, John W. Loper; her sister and best friend, Serene Hannah and Beverly Gaskill.

A memorial service will be held at the PADGETT FUNERAL HOME, 1107 State Highway 77, Upper Deerfield Twp. on Saturday, August 23rd at 11 AM. Friends will be received at the funeral home from 10 AM to 11 AM prior to the service. Written condolences can be sent to the family through the funeral home website www.padgettfuneralhomes.com.
