Claude David Pinelli Jr.

Claude David Pinelli, Jr., 78, of Colonial Heights, Virginia was called home to Our Heavenly Father on Thursday, January 12, 2023, surrounded by his family and loved ones.
Born in Wilmington, North Carolina, he was the son of the late Claude and Louise Pinelli.
Dave was a member of St. Ann Catholic Church, the American Legion Post #284, where he served as Post Commander (2004) and later the 11th District Commander (2006). Dave was also a member of Voiture 1530, where he served as Chef De Gare (2003).
Dave's greatest legacy is his children and grandchildren. He is survived by his 3 children, Cyndi Daub of New Bern, North Carolina, C. David Pinelli III of Chester, Virginia and Dyana Mullins of Chesterfield, Virginia; 7 grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at The American Legion Post 284 on January 21, 2023 at 2 pm. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to The James House, thejameshouse.org/donate or by phone (804) 458-2840 or to The American Legion, https://www.legion.org/donate.
