Claude Stabley Obituary

Claude W. Stabley, II, 70, entered into rest Tuesday November 28, 2023 at UPMC Memorial Hospital. He was the husband of Deborah L. (Boyer)
for 48 years.
A celebration of life will be held by the family. The John W. Keffer Funeral Homes and Crematory, Inc., West York, is assisting with the
arrangements.
Mr. Stabley, "Smoke" was born November 3, 1953, in Windsor, a son of the late Claude W. and Delores Geraldine (Hilt) Stabley. He was a graduate of Red Lion High School, the HACC Police Academy, and York College of PA with RN BSN
degree. He was employed through the York City Police before retiring as a Lieutenant, a registered nurse, and was the York County Chief Deputy Coroner for 22 years before retiring in May 2020.
He attended The Church of the Open Door, West Campus. He enjoyed watching his favorite movies and playing with his grandchildren.
Claude is survived by his wife; 2 children Stephanie Wolfe and Michael; 4 grandchildren Darian, Aidan, Piper, and
Hunter; 2 brothers-in-law; 4 sisters-in-law; many nieces, nephews, and loving extended family.
Memorial contributions may be made to Church of the Open Door, West Campus.
