Claudio Peter Iodice, 80, of Suffern, NY passed away peacefully surrounded by his Wife, Son and Grandchildren on January 18, 2023. Claudio was born on June 21, 1942 in Bronx, NY to Carmela Iodice and Claudio Iodice Sr.
Claudio is survived by his loving and devoted wife of 56 years, Barbara, his 3 children and daughter in law and most importantly his grandchildren, whom he cherished and loved dearly. Claudio was devoted to his family and friends.
Claudio was a Veteran and he continued that spirit by serving others through numerous donations. Barbara and Claudio were married on September 11, 1966. They lived in the Bronx and soon moved to Rockland County to raise their family. Claudio had a strong love for cars, boats and storytelling. Claudio cherished his time traveling to Italy to visit his family and he especially loved spending time in St. Martin with his wife Barbara.
Claudio lived every day with no regrets and lived every second to the fullest. He had a great appreciation for life and always made the most of every opportunity that came his way. He was a hard worker. His legacy will live on through the memories he left behind. Claudio's passing is a great loss to his family, friends and all those who know him, but his memory will always be cherished.

I don't know much about Claudio, wish I knew more. When I did spend time with him he taught to never be afraid of who you are and to always stay disciplined and with a purpose. Although we had our differences, i hope the best for his family. God bless this man

What a shock and loss! Great personality, and was gregarious and funny. I rent a garage from him and enjoyed the time I knew him. RIP

Claudio was our family benchmark when it came to living life to the fullest. His exuberance, energy and good humor was contagious. We loved being around him and looked forward to his arrival in Italy every year. He was special as is Barbara and Claudio's wonderful family. His voice, his laughter and his presence will be with us now and always. A warm hug of love from your family in Italy. Emilio, Maria Teresa, Cristina and Francesca.
