Obituary for Clydie Muse Clark

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Clydie Muse Clark, who left us peacefully on August 18, 2025. Born on July 19, 1950, in Marksville, Louisiana, Clydie was a beloved Wife, daughter, mother, and friend. She spent her life dedicated to her family as a housewife, cooking, and creating a warm and welcoming home where cherished memories were made.

Clydie was preceded in death by parents Isaac Muse, Agnes Muse, husband Rodney Gene Clark, brother Ivy, sister Lynnette, and grandson Justin.

Clydie is survived by her four children: Alice Clark, Clyde Clark, Stephanie Wilson, and Cheryl Ballard; sisters Kathy, Katie, Jan; 12 grandchildren; and several great grandchildren. Each of them carries a piece of her spirit, love, and caring personality. She touched the lives of all who knew her with her kindness and warmth.

We would like to invite everyone who knew Clydie to join us in honoring her life. Friends and family are welcome to come together to share stories, celebrate her life, and say their goodbyes at Magnolia Funeral Home 620 E. Bryant Rd. Center Point Louisiana 71323 from 5-8 PM on Friday August 22, 2025. Funeral services will be held from 11 - 2 PM Saturday August 23, 2025 at Magnolia Funeral Home with services to start at 2:00 PM.

In this time of mourning, let's remember the joy she brought into our lives and hold tight to the memories we shared. Clydie may have left this world, but her love will forever remain in our hearts.

Rest in peace, Clydie. You will be missed dearly.
