ENOSBURG FALLS - Cody Paradee 32, left this world unexpectedly on June 14, 2025.
Cody was born on March 8, 1993 in St. Albans, VT to Lori Paradee and Jay Paradee.
Cody graduated from Enosburg Falls High school in 2011. From there Cody loved to experience new jobs, meet new people and buy new vehicles. Cody's smile was infectious. He could walk into a room and just bring a ray of light. Every job he had, he made new friends for life. That was just Cody. Although Cody and Devin were 364 days apart, he not only had a cousin for life but they were also instant best friends. Cody had so many best friends. Beth, Emma, Bubba, Devon, Annie, Braeden, Betsy, Marjorie and Terry, just to name a few. Cody was a shoulder and ear for so many. He loved to travel, spend time with family, friends and his beloved pets. He brought life to every gathering, celebration or when he just stopped by to say hey!!
Cody is survived by his parents, Lori and Jay Paradee. Siblings, Robert Paradee and fiancé Eliza Adams, and Brent Paradee and partner Amanda Hall. Nieces, Kendra Paradee and Macey Leduc. Nephews, Jarett Paradee, Ethan Paradee, Dalton Paradee, Axel Rivers and Eli Pelletier. He loved them all fiercely. Maternal grandparents, Pat Longley and Richard Longley. Paternal grandmother, Christine Paradee. Paternal Aunt, Shelley Paradee and husband Paul Pelletier. Maternal uncles, Raymond Longley, Rickie Longley and wife Carrie, Roy Longley and wife Jane, and Rene Longley and partner Carrie. Maternal aunts, Leisa and husband Fred LeClair, Leandra Longley and partner Dan Fitzgerald, and Louise and Roger Jacobs. Cody was pre-deceased by his paternal grandfather, Gary Paradee; cousins, Little Rene Longley and Dixie Paradee; and his beloved dog, Gunner.
Friends & family are invited to Cody's life celebration on Friday, June 20, 2025 to include visitation from 4-7:00 PM followed with a memorial service at 7:00 PM at the Goss-Spears Life Celebration Home, 96 Dickinson Avenue, Enosburg Falls, VT.
For those who wish, contributions in Cody's memory may be made to Franklin County Animal Rescue, 30 Sunset Meadows, St. Albans, VT 05478.
