It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Colin Charles McEntire, who left us far too soon on November 7, 2025, at the age of 20. Born on July 20, 2005, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Colin was a radiant soul whose passion for life touched all who knew him.
Colin spent his formative years in Springfield, Missouri, where he pursued his education with enthusiasm and was determined to forge his own path. He was employed at Honda of the Ozarks, where he worked in part sales, showcasing his commitment and dedication to his role.
Above all, Colin was a devoted and loving son, brother, and grandson. He is survived by his father, Charles McEntire; mother, Misty McEntire; and his five brothers, Alexander McEntire, Conner McEntire, Braxton Liebert, Liam McEntire, and Knox McEntire. He also leaves behind cherished grandparents, including Charles and Alice McEntire, Warren and Kim Drews, Dennis and Michelle Revell, Jamie and Cindy Maxwell, and all of whom adored him dearly.
Colin had a remarkable passion for music, playing the electric guitar, echoing the sounds of his favorite musicians such as Metallica, Avenged Sevenfold and Stevie Ray Vaughan. This love for music was not just a hobby but a reflection of his vibrant spirit and the joy he brought to those around him.
A memorial service will be held in Colin's honor at Park Crest Baptist Church on November 13, 2025, at 6:00 PM. Family and friends are invited to pay their respects and celebrate Colin's life and the joy he brought to all who knew him.
As we remember Colin, let us hold dear the moments we shared, his laughter, and the love he gave so freely. His spirit will continue to live on in the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to know him.
