Conner Anderson, 14, of Middleburg, FL, passed away on February 1, 2025 after years of managing complexed medical issues from a near-drowning accident that took place over 13 years ago.
Conner was born on October 25, 2010 to Sabrina and Ronald in Orange Park, FL. Conner attended school via the Hospital Homebound program through the Clay County School District. He enjoyed spending his time watching TV, finger painting and holding glue sticks. Conner managed to find his circle of friends within his therapists, teachers, and home health nurses. Even though his life was not typical or normal by any means, his life was still very full of love and joy. Conner's memory will forever be cherished by his family, home health nurses, medical professionals, and by so many more.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, "Papa" Charles Anderson and his great-grandfather,"Pops" Bruce Bortz.
Conner is survived by his mother, Sabrina Anderson of Middleburg, FL: his father, Ronald (Christina) Anderson of Starke, FL: his siblings, Haylee, Andrew, Wyatt, Zoey and step-brother, Jonathan. He was also loved by his Grandma Lisa (Robert) Daugherty and Nana Connie Anderson. Conner is also survived by his many aunts, uncles, and cousins: Michele (Ken) Meyers, Charlene Anderson, Jamie (Charlie) Whitfield, Ryan Moseley, Angela Hebert, Charlie Daugherty, Joanne (Matt) Meloche; along with his cousins: Alexus, Nicholas, Kathryn, Kyle, Chase. Katauna, Jade, Mileena, Mason, Catherine, Skarlet, Elijah and Damon.
A viewing and will be held at 11:00 a.m. and celebration of life at 12 noon on Monday, February 10, 2025, both at Aaron and Burney Bivens Funeral Home, 529 Kingsley Avenue, Orange Park, FL 32073, (904) 264-1233.
