Connie is survived by her children Ashley Hawkins and Matthew Hawkins; step-son Charles R. McCoy (Tobie); one sister Linda Forbes; father-in-law Waylon McCoy.
Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, Oct. 2, 2024 at 2:00pm at Smith Funeral Home with Bro. Woody Moore officiating. Burial will follow in the Union Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, Oct. 2 from 12:00pm until 2:00pm at Smith Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Union Cemetery Perpetual Fund, Attn.: Dean McCoy, 4483 Sandy Creek Rd., Morgantown, KY 42261.
