Connie Eulene Navarre, of Covington, passed away Wednesday, May 14, 2025, at the age of 67. Mrs. Navarre was a spirited and loving woman who adored her family deeply. Known for her no-filter honesty, bold voice, and heart of gold, she was the glue that kept everyone in line — and laughing along the way.
A devoted mother, proud grandmother, and loving sister, her world revolved around her family. Her home was always full of life, flowers from her garden, the sounds of beloved animals, and the joy of those she held closest.
Mrs. Navarre will be remembered for her fierce love, her vibrant personality, and the way she made everyone feel like family. She leaves behind a legacy of strength, humor, and unwavering devotion.
She was preceded in death by her father, Guy Stephens; and granddaughter, Peyton Jackson.
Survivors include her children, Amanda Jackson, Russell Navarre, Jr., Robert Navarre; grandchildren, Colin Minton, Caleb Jackson, Evan Jackson; mother, Marjorie Reagin; Brother, Donald Ricks; and sisters, Janice Treadwell (Micki), Beverly Rider (Sissy), Mitzi Stephens (Dumpy), Tracy Navarre (Pumpkin); her sidekick, Gloria Jackson; Son-in-Law, Corey Jackson.
