As former pastor at Enon, 1980-87, we remember Connie as a diligent and faithful follower of our Lord Jesus, a prayer warrior, and constant witness to the Lord's work in her life. She and Jim nurtured family and church family as their own, carrying on the legacy of their parents Scoop and Cathleen Stutler, and Pastor Leslie and Virginia Reaser. Sherry and I pray God's powerful comforting presence as family and friends celebrate and carry on Connie's legacy of witness and faithful ministry.

Jim and Connie provided transportation for my mom to go to church at Enon Baptist. One time when I rode with them I remember Connie saying, "onward James!", as if he was our driver. She had a cute sense of humor. Both Connie and Jim were so good to my parents. They checked in on them and visited with them. Connie took charge of many things at the church. It was fun working with her when we filled shoeboxes for the children. She was a wonderful example of being a child of God. She will be missed but I know her legacy will live on through her beautiful family.
