Connie enjoyed watching "her soaps," canning, shopping, spending time with family, and wintering in Florida with her husband of 34 years.
She was predeceased by her parents, a brother, George L. Gurnsey, and her sister-in-law, Sharon Gurnsey.
Connie is survived by her husband, Kenneth E. Rusin, a son, Scott (Jacqueline) Wich, a daughter, Elaine (Phillip) Collum, and two stepdaughters, Susan Rusin and Laura (Greg) Gray. Connie shared a special relationship with her granddaughter, Jenna Rose Rosbach, and had two other grandchildren, two step-grandchildren and a great grandson. Connie is also survived by a sister, Dorothy (Wayne) Biby, several nieces & nephews, and special friends.
At Connie's request, there will be no services.
The family is being assisted by Thomas Cremation and Funeral, 1297 Elmira Street, Sayre, PA.
Memorial donations may be made in Connie's name to Bradford County Humane Society, US-220, Ulster, PA 18850.

My deepest sympathy to the Rusin family. Connie was a classmate and dear friend that I have kept in touch with since probably 1958. I last talked with Connie in Sept. 2023 when I had returned to Troy, PA for our special reunion and 80th birthday of most classmates. I was still 79 at that time being one of the younger classmates.
