Corbin Wrobel-Baker, a spirited soul, left this world all too soon on Monday, November 25, 2024, at the age of just 17.
Born on March 27, 2007, in Amsterdam, NY, he was the son of Destinee Baker.
His infectious laughter and adventurous spirit carved a deep impression on the lives of those he touched. His unexpected departure followed a tragic car accident, leaving a void in the hearts of many. Throughout his brief journey, Corbin was best known for his friendly demeanor.
He leaves behind a loving family: his mother, Destinee Baker, alongside Jason; his cherished maternal grandparents, Roger and Dian Baker; his devoted brother, Evan Baker (Alyssa); his dear sister, Ashlynn Wrobel; step sisters, Abby, Emma, Izzy; and step brother, Logan. Corbin's extended family includes aunts, Janet (Titi), Gail Baker; uncles, Robert (Neida), Kenneth LaGreca; as well as numerous cousins and friends who were like brothers to him that will hold his memories near.
Corbin is predeceased by Roger Baker, Cassandra LaGreca, and Robin Boyer.
Corbin's life was a testament to joy and friendship, and though his time with us was short, the light he brought into the world will endure. He will be profoundly missed and forever remembered.
Calling hours for family and friends will be held on Saturday, November 30, 2024, from 4:00 PM until 6:00 PM at the A.G. Cole Funeral Home Inc., 215 E. Main Street, Johnstown, NY.
Memorial donations in Corbin's memory may be made to the Brennan Humane Society, 437 nine Mile Tree Rd. Gloversville, NY 12078.
