Courtney Elizabeth Mueller

Courtney Elizabeth Mueller, age 39, of Gladwin, Michigan, passed away on November 16, 2025. She was born on January 11, 1986, to Frederick and Pamela (Haines) Freeman. As the youngest of three, Courtney's generous heart and spirit developed at an early age.
Known for her bubbly personality and an unforgettable laugh that could lift any room, Courtney brought joy and warmth to everyone she met. Having faced many hardships, each challenge only strengthened her into the resilient and courageous woman she became. She was someone who would give her last shirt to help another, and her genuine kindness left a lasting impression on those privileged to know her.
Courtney was a loving mother to three children, fiercely protective and always standing by their side. Her devotion to her kids was unwavering, and she loved them dearly. She also found comfort and happiness in her nine cats, whom she adored and cared for.
Nicknamed "Gamer Girl" by her boyfriend Steve, she was skilled at playing Call of Duty and enjoyed spending time gaming and sharing laughs over her favorite hobby. Courtney's life was a testament to her strength, kindness, and the deep love she held for her family and pets.
Courtney was preceded in death by her father: Frederick Freeman and Brother: Gabriel Freeman.
To cherish her memory, she leaves her loving children: Sky (Cody Gurski) Mueller, Douglas Mueller and Stormi Reeves; Granddaughter: Sophia and Grandson on the way: Graysen; Sister: Tosha (Kevin) Shomsky; Mother: Pamela Freeman and Boyfriend: Steve Reeves.
Her legacy of love, resilience, and kindness will be deeply missed, but her spirit will forever be felt in the hearts of all who knew her.
